Terms That Power Transparency

AlphaBot AI offers the following services:

• Alpha Starter — An automated trading system designed for entry-level capital. One-time setup fee: $99.
• Alpha Growth — A growth-focused automated trading system for mid-level capital. One-time setup fee: $149.
• Alpha Elite — An advanced automated trading system for higher capital accounts. One-time setup fee: $199.

To use AlphaBot AI services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• Have legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
• Hold a valid MT5 broker account with a licensed and regulated broker.
• Meet the minimum deposit requirements for the bot you wish to deploy.
• Confirm that the use of automated trading software is legally permitted in your country of residence.

• Technical installation and configuration of the bot on your broker account.
• Broker compatibility testing and parameter optimisation.
• Initial onboarding support via WhatsApp and email.
• Connection to a live performance monitoring system.

• 6.1 — At the end of each calendar month, the net profit generated by the bot on your broker account will be calculated using verified performance data.
• 6.2 — The net monthly profit will be shared equally between the client (50%) and AlphaBot AI (50%).
• 6.3 — The client's 50% share remains in the broker account and is already accessible to the client. AlphaBot AI's 50% share is due within 5 business days of month-end.
• 6.4 — In any calendar month where the bot generates zero or negative net profit, no settlement payment is owed to AlphaBot AI.
• 6.5 — Disputes regarding profit calculations must be raised within 7 calendar days of settlement, accompanied by supporting documentation.
• 6.6 — Failure to settle AlphaBot AI's portion within 10 business days of month-end may result in suspension of the bot without prior notice.

By using AlphaBot AI's services, you agree to:

• Maintain the minimum required capital deposit in your broker account at all times (Alpha Starter: $1,000; Alpha Growth: $5,000; Alpha Elite: $10,000).
• Use a compatible MT5 broker account with recommended settings.
• Keep your VPS (Virtual Private Server) or trading terminal active and connected at all times to ensure uninterrupted bot operation.
• Not modify, interfere with, override, or manually close trades placed by the bot without prior written consent from AlphaBot AI.
• Provide accurate broker account credentials during setup and promptly notify AlphaBot AI of any changes.
• Ensure your broker does not restrict or prohibit the use of automated trading software.

• 9.1 — Either party may terminate the service agreement with 7 days written notice delivered via email to support@alphabotai.co.
• 9.2 — Upon termination, the bot will be deactivated from your broker account. Any outstanding profit settlement due for the current month will remain payable on a pro-rata basis.
• 9.3 — The one-time setup fee is non-refundable upon termination, regardless of the timing or reason for termination.
• 9.4 — AlphaBot AI reserves the right to terminate service immediately, without notice, in cases of: breach of these Terms, non-payment of settlement fees, fraudulent activity, or broker-side restrictions that prevent bot operation.

• AlphaBot AI shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed profits, or financial damages arising from bot operation, market conditions, broker-related issues, VPS downtime, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events.
• AlphaBot AI's total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the one-time setup fee paid for the relevant bot.
• AlphaBot AI is not responsible for losses arising from client interference with bot logic, inappropriate broker selection, or non-compliance with minimum deposit requirements.
